Green Street 3-Flat is located in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago.  The owners purchased the 3-Flat with the intent of revitalizing dilapidated housing.  The building is a classic Chicago Greystone, that had been abandoned and neglected, resulting in burst water pipes, stolen appliances and piping, and overall damage to the finishes and equipment.  Greenstreet 3-Flat is a revitalization of existing housing, preserving the community's affordable and "Missing Middle" housing stock.
