Catalpa Ave Renovation

This project involves moving the kitchen from the middle of the house to the rear of the house, allowing for a more open kitchen-to-family room gathering space.  The former kitchen location is redesigned to be a formal dining room.  Structural modifications at the front of the house allowed us to open the foyer area to the living room.
